I LOVE pickles and would like some recipes for turkish ones anyone ?????

Ive looked at japanese ones but they look quite omplicated , using presses and such.

Is it easy to do turkich pickles ? With carrots , cabbage & cucumbers , I love them more savoury and VERY sour than sweet.

Id like to attempt it somehow

I think it's as easy as putting cucumbers in a jar with lemon juice and salt, then forgetting about them for several months.
