Simply because I want to do it before Xmas and won't have room in fridge for it.

Main ingredients are Greek yoghurt, full fat cream cheese and white melted chocolate. It's an Ottolenghi recipe but says nothing about freezing .

I'm not sure if the same applies to Greek yogurt, but plain yogurt does not freeze well. It splits and goes watery. I wouldn't risk it. I'd go for a recipe which explicitly says it can be frozen - there are plenty about (although most are baked cheesecakes).

No because it has greek yoghurt and chocolate in it. Both of them will go grainy in the freezer. However if you want to make a full fat cheese then the BBC recipe is good (www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2869/new-york-cheesecake). If you freeze leave it in a springform cake pan and wrap in cling film

No, the texture will be spoiled.

not sure on this one as pp have said no.we cosco ones (which might be different and a new York one) and keep in the freezer and just take it out as and when we want a piece lol and its fine.

If the cheesecake is baked then yes

The bbc good food baked Cheesecake that cherries posted is fantastic. It's our family's favourite celebration cake. I sometimes trade a few digestives for gingerbuts to make the biscuit base. Another hack is to put some frozen raspberries in 😋
