Ideas to use up beef strips that isn't stir fry

I accidentally got twice as much beef stir fry strips as normal. We had stir fry a couple of nights ago and no one fancies it again.

They need using up today, I would normally freeze but need the freezer space for other stuff currently because, Christmas.

I'm a good home cook and have most other store cupboard ingredients but I'm too tired to think of something imaginative to do with them.

Or marinade in a teriyaki sauce with veg, serve with rice. Or is that too stir fryish?

Not giving you my secret family recipe, but look up mongolian beef which is a fair approximation of it.

Serve with rice or noodles (even so i wouldn't class it as stir fry)

That Mongolian beef looks fab but I fear would be classed as 'stir fry' by DP. Also I didn't mention originally but due to coeliac family members it needs to be gluten free, I can usually adapt most recipes which is why I didn't mention it but an ok tasting gluten free hoisin sauce is the one thing that continues to evade me.

It's one I will definitely be making myself though in the future on the rare occassions I'm only cooking for myself (not coeliac). If only to use up the maligned bottle of hoisin at the back of the cupboard!

It's much better without mushrooms. I hate mushrooms so a strog without would be fab. I will accept a plateful if you deliver.....
