Seafood mix - your fave recipes not pasta

Need to use up a bag of seafood mix. What are your favourite recipes that aren't pasta based (I usually use it in a tomato or cream sauce with pasta, so looking for new ideas. I also often add it to fish pie. Thanks

Paella/risotto?

Make a chorizo and tomato sauce, basically fried chorizo, splash of white wine (optional), tin of tomatoes, some stock (fish if you have it but any will do). Cook that up then add the frozen seafood and cook for 5 mins (ish). Lovely with parsley sprinkled over and crusty bread. Aioli is nice too if you can be bothered but more often we have it without.

Thank you both - made the paella as had paella rice that needed using up but both the other suggestions sound lovely and will give them a go
