Had many bad experiences cokking with fresh red chillis so I always use the lazy jar stuff amd 'know' how much to use in my usual recipes.
Want to try Oliveoil's gordon ramsay recipe which call for 1-2 fresh reed chillis, deseeded.
Any one hazard a guess at how much lazy chilli? My guess is 1-2 teaspoons.....but don't want to ruin it!
