Pulled chicken

So I made this yesterday from an online recipe. It was 'honey garlic chicken. Anyway it's tasteless. Any ideas how I can rescue it for dinner tonight ? It's also quite dry. A sauce may save it but it's quite sweet.

Generally I'd say sauce is the way to go but I agree, with the ratio of sauce to chicken pulled chicken gives you I think a honey based sauce might be too sweet.

I've always found my pulled chicken dry too, whether I do it on the slow cooker, hob etc
