Just that please! I’m a fairly confident cook, though I’m after both everyday and fancier stuff. Not actually veggie but trying to eat a lot less meat.

Hit me..

Bosh. It’s vegan but don’t hold that against it Wink

Also Thug Kitchen if you don’t mind swearing.

Fresh India is awesome (Meera Sodha)
Anna Jones' is worth a look - she has a few books out and at least two have very similar titles - A modern way to eat/cook and think the third is called A Cooks Year...
They both have websites and contribute to the Guardian food pages if you want a look before contemplating the books

Second Anna Jones. Particularly "a modern way to cook" and "a modern cooks year". I'm not veggie either but it's really helped me cut down on meat.

Any of the 'Happy Pear' cookbooks are great!

Bosh, Happy Pear, Peace and Parsnips, Veg Every Day.

Another vote for Anna Jones - I also like Meera Sodha - both write every week for The Guardian so you can have a look at the website and see recipes from both if you want to "try before you buy"

Brilliant, lots of good ideas here - thank you! Actually I’ve done a few Anna Jones and Meera Sodha recipes from the Guardian, so don’t know I didn’t think of that! My list is looking good!

Agree on Anna Jones. If you like Indian food I'd highly recommend Prashad, great recipes, I cook from it a couple of days a week.

The Middle Eastern vegetarian cookbook by Salma Hage.
