Duck-17 hours past sell by date.

Just that really. Bressingham confit duck legs in orange sauce.
Dated 1st December.
Smell fine
Surely food doesn't spontaneously go off at the stroke of midnight!

It was!
Served with home made potato salad and coleslaw, caramelised carrots and onions and corn on the cob!
