Ideas for renal diet buffet

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post or in health but I'll give it a go! My DF has recently been diagnosed with kidney disease and is on a renal diet. Him and DM are coming to me for New Years Eve and I normally do a buffet rather than a sit-down meal. Does anyone have any ideas or know any websites I can visit for buffet food that I can make that will suit my DFs diet but everyone can enjoy?
