Meal for 16. Help!

I’ve just moved house and now have space for the whole family to come for a pre Christmas lunch. There’ll be 16 of them! I was thinking of doing some lamb or a couple of chickens in the oven and then lots of salads but only have an average sized oven and I’m not sure I’ll have space. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do quite easily? Thank you!

Have you got/could you borrow slow cookers?

Lamb cooks really nicely in a slow cooker.

Cous cous with tagine is very easy to do for a crowd.

Also something like chilli with jacket potatoes.

A big chilli.

How about a couple of big tray bakes, something like chicken and chorizo with red onions, peppers and baby potatoes all done in the tray. Then could just do a couple of salads on the side.

Lasagna or pasta bake in oven, vegan risotto, garlic bread, salads. Fresh fruit platter and cheese platter to finish

Also start with a big pot of soup with bread rolls

Thanks everyone. Really useful ideas.

Yep I would say 2 large lasagnes, easy to make ahead and just bung in the oven, can do a big salad and garlic bread on the side
