Help! I've lost my Mince Pies recipe

I hope some kind soul can help.

The other day, I found a recipe online for Mince Pies using Shortbread biscuits as a base. I purchased the ingredients, so I don't think I've dreamt it. (Although you never know).
I've searched my recipe folder and I've searched online for the recipe but I just can't find it.
Does anybody have a link to a recipe that uses Shortbread biscuits as a base for Mince Pies please?

Thanks delilabell, that looks delicious but the recipe I saw actually used Shortbread biscuits for the base instead of pastry.
