Amaretto for Christmas cake......too sweet?

Will be soaking my fruit for the Christmas cake tomorrow.

I LOVE amaretto but would the taste be overbearing?

You could always reduce the sugar in the actual cake if you think it’s going to be too sweet. Sounds bloody lovely!
