What to do with leftover butternut squash and rosemary?

Going away so trying to use up ingredients. What can I do with half a butternut squash and bunch of rosemary? Also got new potatoes, celery, avocado (probably will just eat separately), lemon, tinned tomatoes, eggs and most store cupboard foods (I think!) though only few herbs and spices.
Can anyone suggest something? Preferably either a link to a recipe or fully written out recipe as I'm not much of a cook but love following step by step recipes.
Like to do something more interesting than just roasting butternut squash if possible use up all ingredients if poss.
Ideas please ?

Roast the squash and potatoes on a big tray, with plenty of rosemary. Make a sauce with the tomatoes using celery and onion if you have any for a base, plus more rosemary, garlic and salt & pepper, glug of olive oil and splash of balsamic. Blitz sauce then serve the roast squash and spuds with fried eggs and the tomato sauce over. Avo & eggs on toast at another meal.
