I have always made our bread, white and wholemeal.
Having tried many flours over the years, my favourites have long been Sainsbury’s Very strong Canadian and Sainsbury’s Wholegrain Seeded.
Circumstances have now changed and I cannot get to a Sainsbury’s store or have my groceries delivered.
Can anyone recommend bread flours other than the popular brands (Allison’s, BeRo, etc), please?
