Instapot a like

I think I'm going to ask my mum for an Instapot for Christmas. Is it worth going with an actual instapot one or are the other, cheaper, brands of electric pressure cookers as good?

Bumping this as I was about to ask the same question, given it's Black Friday time!

I've had no problems with my Pressure King Pro. MIL has Morphy Richards, which is a bit more pricey but v stylish!

I adore my Instant Pot, I use it at least once a day. Totally worth what I paid for it.

The main difference is that the instapot has a stainless steel cooking pot, while most of the cheaper varieties use non stick. I prefer the stainless steel because you don't have to worry about scratching it and it can go in the dishwasher. I haven't had any problems with things getting stuck.

Has anyone seen them on a Black Friday deal yet?

I wish i had an actual brand rather than a copy. All of the recipes online are for the actual instant pot.
