How to make non-alcoholic mulled wine boozy?

So my mum accidentally bought a bottle non-alcoholic mulled wine from IKEA today and we just don't agree with it as a concept.

What alcohol should we add to it and how much should we put in? We intend to drink it all tonight.

Thought brandy might work?

Willing to go up to Sainsbury's Local for appropriate booze as tbh whatever we buy will get drunk.

Spiced rum maybe? Aldi have some gingerbread gin in for Christmas, something like that might work?

As for quantity, I personally would use the mulled "wine" as a mixer, so put a measure of booze in and then add an amount in (less and less mixer as the night goes on in my experience)

Brandy. Add a good glug. Taste. Add more as necessary
