I've just bought the Pressure King Pro. Quick and probably stupid question about the keep warm feature. How long is it safe to use it for, is it kept at a temp that prevents bacteria growth?
I'm thinking if I set something to cook before I leave say at 11am and it finishes cooking at 12 ish, would it be safe to eat at 6? Or would I need to do the slow cooker bit?

Honestly, I don't know the answer to this. I have an Instant Pot and I am not sure I would leave food in it for 6 hours. Is there a delayed cooking feature on your cooker? If so, that might be the way to go.
If you did leave food in it you could zap it with some pressure before eating to make sure it is piping hot.
