Meal plan

Need some more inspiration. My meal plan for this week is
Sunday: paella (kids pesto pasta)
Mon: sausage rolls & chips & beans
Tues: burgers
Wed: macaroni cheese
Thur: baguette with melted cheese & ham (bit like pizza)
Fri: fajitas

I feel stuck in a rut as the kids are so picky. They won't eat anything spicy, one won't eat rice. They won't eat salad. I'm so tired after work I just want to chuck something in the oven. Please inspire me with your meal plans- preferably primary age child friendly!

Today: Beef casserole with mashed potatoes, pastry lids and broccoli
Sunday: Gammon with baked potatoes, peas and leek gratin
Monday: Vegetable pasta bake
Tuesday: Risotto with asparagus (and maybe chicken breasts wrapped in prosciutto)
Wednesday: Cottage Pie
Thursday: Pizza
Friday: BBQ brisket
Saturday: Lasagne
Sunday: Paneer Curry, lentil dhal and grilled tikka chicken

Seems a bit red meat heavy, but I've just got a slow cooker and am having fun playing around with it ...

I've just got back from the supermarket.
My meal plan this week is:

Sausage and apple tray bake with mashed potato
Roast gammon & macaroni cheese with salad
Greek lemon chicken with rice and green veg.
Baked potatoes with cheese & beans or veg chilli.
Baked gnocchi Bolognese.

Leftover Ham, pea and mint tagliatelle
Making a minestrone soup and a chicken noodle soup for work.
I also have some halloumi in the fridge and Brie and cranberry in pastry things in the freezer.

Quite meat, cheese and carb heavy this week, but I have a bad cold and I need comfort 😷

Thank you! I like the sound of lots of these. How to you make pea & leek gratin?

And thank you for links.
