Anyone got Jamie Oliver's shortbread recipe please?

It was in a magazine a few months ago but I can't seem to find it. It was for square, chunky pieces of shortbread with a dusting of sugar on top as opposed to the thin, petticoat tails type.
Fingers crossed!

250g/9oz unsalted butter at room temp plus extra for greasing, 125g/4 and half oz caster sugar plus extra for sprinkling, 250g plain flour sifted plus for dusting and 125g semolina or cornflower. Pre heat oven to 150.c/300f/gas 2 butter a 9inc square tin cream butter and sugar together spoon/whisk until pale light and fluffy add the rest mix with spoon then hands so you have smooth dough. Roll until even 2cm thick all over push into tin poking in corners prick and cook for 50 mins or until golden

That's the one! Thanks ever so much, holsnovell. DH loved it when I made it before, altho' I didn't tell him it was a Jamie recipe cos for some reason he's not keen on Mr O!
