Yesterday when it was absolutely freezing I found a recipe for Shearer's pie. It consisted of par boiled potatoes, beef mince, mushrooms, onions, tom puree, worcester sauce. You then layer up the potatoes with mince, another layer of potatoes then a cheese sauce. It made six portions. As there are only two of us I froze two portions. There were no instructions for freezing. Do you think it will freeze OK. I'm a bit worried it might be a bit watery. I know its too late now but the portion we had last night was absolutely delicious!
