Using up silver skin onions

A 2nd jar got opened when we already had half a jar in the fridge. I eat them straight from the jar, love them with fish n chips and with cheese.
Was wondering what I could cook using them instead of regular onions, without the vinegary flavour being an issue?

My sister threw them in spaghetti bologneise once - YEARS AGO - and it actually tasted ok 😂
They should last quite a long time once opened if you keep them in the fridge but you could do an 80's favorite of cheese & onions/cheese and pineapple on cocktail sticks 😉

Coq au vin? I always find the little onions in there are much too sweet after braising, so starting with pickled silverskin ones should be perfect! I'd rinse them off first and throw them in with the wine, and braise away.

i used up lots by draining and rinsing then putting them on a baking tray with some cherry tomatoes and sprinkling with salt and sugar then spay with oil Bake. I then served with pasta.

Just leave them in the fridge til you want them? They last "forever" as far as I'm concerned.
