Interested things to do with breaded chicken piecez

Trying to clear the freezer and found a box of breaded chicken pieces I got in a M&S sale bin.

What can I do rather than just serve with chips and salad - is there anything else?

Cook them through, top with warm tomato sauce, then mozzarella, then parmesan, and put them under the grill - chicken parmagiana!

Or do tacos - make a shredded cabbage slaw, serve with hot sauce, salsa and guacamole in wraps

Serve with rice and katsu curry sauce, as chicken fajitas with spicy onions/peppers/etc or in sub rolls with salad.

I’d maybe have them with sweet and sour sauce and make some egg fried rice. Actually really fancy that myself now 😋
