My parents like to give the kids drinks when they go out together on adventure days without us. I send water bottles, this is more an extra "treat" drink.
We eat as much natural food at homeas possible (by which I mean, avoid processed and artificial sweeteners and cook from scratch, make my own kefir etc.). I have a lifetime of dreadful digestion and the skin to prove it so I am keen to steer kids away from this destiny.
I am trying to think of an alternative, less artificial, long life drink that I could supply to leave at their house. Boxed apple juice rejected as it can't be resealed.
