SlimmingWorld friendly dessert for dinner party

SailAwayWithMeHuni · 28/10/2018 16:57

I’m having friends over for dinner and two of them are doing SlimmingWorld.

Can anyone recommend any puddings I can make that actually taste nice. I tried a SlimmingWorld cheesecake recipe and it was horrible.

Thank you

Banoffee pie www.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/banoffee-pie.aspx

If you can get hold of the Jello for this pinchofnom.com/recipes/2-syn-chocolate-mousse/ it's delicious

griddled pineapple with a little cinnamon or baked peaches served optional extras which could be sw friendly or not...fat free yogurt, yummy ice cream, etc.

I hate SW puddings.
I would rather have a lovely fruit salad, with the option of a low fat yoghurt (I like 0% Greek best), chopped nuts (healthy extra) and maybe a meringue nest (low syn).
Or something like a gu pot that I can easily syn.
But please no fake 'puddings'.

Thank you for your replies.

Whilst a fruit salad sounds nice and easy for me to make it doesn’t feel enough for a dinner party dessert, especially as the others coming aren’t dieting.

@deary I think I agree about fake puddings, the cheesecake recipe I tried had quark in it, was pretty vile!
