25kg of potatoes.....recipes please!

My MIL has very kindly brought me a LOT of potatoes. I am an expert masher/roaster and so will of course be doing the obvious with them. Does anyone have any more creative ideas or recipes that call for a lot of potatoes?

Some of these recipes sound amazing! Have been thinking about doing more potato based meals as they're so cheap.

Bacon and potatoes layered in a casserole dish with chicken stock. Oven cook for a couple of hours. Simple and delicious winter comfort food

@Handbaghag what would you serve with this?

Sweetcorn, fresh broccoli stems, any veg really. It's a basic dish so doesn't require poncey sides... I'd usually have it with peas
