Hi, I'm planning to get my DGSs (11 & 9) making halloween themed biscuits when I have them on the 31st. What's the best recipe for the icing? There seems to be a few on the net and I want to make sure I have the best one for the job. Do I use ordinary food colouring ? Thank you.
