Help - Would you freeze this squash recipe

Scroll down to bottom of this guardian page.

I made this yesterday but I made two medium squash, we only ate half of one and I liquidised the other half with stock to make soup (lovely soup!).

I have got a whole cooked squash with the filling (Creme fraiche, gruyere, herbs, nutmeg etc) and could do with freezing it but am not sure about it.

Lovely recipes, thanks for the link! I wouldn't freeze it, I think ithe creme fraiche would be split and grainy when defrosted.

Thanks Just. What’s the worst that could happen I guess. It was a lot of dairy for me and I really don’t want to eat it again soon (or waste it)!

We went to see the Neil Armstrong film last night after eating this squash and even though it was delicious I felt a bit queasy.

I subscribe to the Guardian, usually something nice to cook/eat each week.

I’d probably roughly chop up the squash, freeze with the sauce and then later eat it stirred through some pasta .
