Is there such thing as an easy cheesecake recipe? Never made a cheese cake, don't want to start with a crazy hard one!

Cheesecakes are easy! And can be fully made in advance.

Just pick any recipe of google, no cheesecake is hard

Biscuit base- digestives and butter
Topping- 2 full fat tubs of Philadelphia type soft cheese, 1 tin of condensed milk and the juice of 2/3 lemons.
Top with whatever you fancy.
Voila!

First time DH cooked for me he made this.
