steak braised for 5 hours in oven like my mum cooks it, with mountain of big fat chips, thick gravy, peas and corrots with a thcik cut slice of white bread and buuter followed by a mound of fresh cream profiteroles covered in rich choccy sauce

nah, has to be chocolate for desert for me im afraid...but i am partial to cheesecake!

Oh scraps, I haven't had them for years. Last time I went into a good chippy (I live in London) was last August in Scotland and I went to a chippy in Anstruther where they did the most amazing smoked haddock fishcake. My mouth still waters thinking about it. Luckily am going back this August.
