Brie recipes

I ordered 100g of Brie for a recipe from Tesco yesterday, they didn’t have it so subbed me with 4 packets of President Brie wedges. So now I have 700g of Brie that needs using up (not a big issue admittedly).

So, apart from baked and eating off the wedge in hunks every time I go to the kitchen, anyone got any excellent recipes to use it up?

Brie on toast is nice. I’d freeze half I think, it’ll be fine for cooking once defrosted.

Can you use Brie in soup? Brie and Broccoli soup sounds lovely if it's possible.

Brie, tomato and basil baguette.

It's nice on a tart - just a sheet of puff pastry, cover with halved cherry tomatoes and slices of Brie.

Freeze it it portions, and just get it out when you need it.

It keeps fine in the freezer, and will stop you nibbling!
