Gluten free, low FODMAP and vegetarian. Help me!

I’ve been vegetarian for years, and am now gluten free (to help my lupus) and low FODMAP (to help my digestion).

Any suggestions for where to find suitable recipes?

At the moment I have a repertoire of about 5 meals I can make and it’s getting boring. I’m not a great cook and usually have two small boys trying to climb my legs so nothing too complicated :)

Some of my favourite recipes
www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/10505/spiced-quinoa-with-almonds-and-feta
Egg fried rice is good because green onions, garlic infused oil and soy sauce are low fodmap. I use one egg per person, a little bit of broccoli and a few carrots. I also add ginger and a pinch of chilli.
Frittatas are fine. I make lots of frittatas with potato, red peppers, courgettes etc... and low fodmap cheeses. www.shecanteatwhat.com/courgette-feta-low-fodmap-frittata/
