Can I freeze saag aloo?

I've got a load of potatoes I need to use up and a recipe for Saag Aloo in the slow cooker that I've been meaning to try. If I make it and freeze it will it be fine reheated? It doesn't slow cook for the whole day so hopefully the potatoes won't fall apart!

I didn't freeze it, having it for lunch today with a chicken curry. It's been in the fridge since I made it on Thursday night - that's OK, isn't it?
