Mediterranean Vegetables with Lamb

I’ve had my instant pot for a while but haven’t made a stew with it yet. I have all the ingredients for this recipe and would like to try it tonight

That's really quick for a stew (the original recipe). I wonder if it's the cut of the meat? I don't eat lamb so can't tell - is fillet a normal stewing cut? It's just that stews normally take an hour or two. I'm not sure, if you have these exact ingredients, that the instant pot would improve this at all, certainly not with regards to time.

However, I've found an instant pot lamb stew recipe online, which you could adapt for these ingredients (but the cooking time is longer than your original recipe, which is why I'm questioning the cut of meat).

You may find the instant pot just dissolves the lamb fillet.
