Courgette and tomato overload - any ideas please?

Hello. In my haste to do my order, my online delivery has arrived containing no less than 6 packets of tomatoes (all different kinds, cherry, pomodorino, on the vine etc) and three lots of courgettes.
Any ideas?

In my panic re the EU tomato mountain in my fridge, I totally forgot about the freezer! Doh!
Though must admit am toying with baking the courgette cake in Domestic Goddes book!!
