Slow cooker recipes

What are your favourites? We recently bought a slow cooker and would love to try out some new recipes. So far we've done the usual of:

Bolognese
Chilli con carne
Lamb, beef or chicken stew
Beef goulash

As well as found a couple of new nice ones:
Cheesy beef and tomato pasta
Cheesy chicken and tomato pasta

I made a huge pot of minestrone yesterday.

There are some great slow cookery books on Amazon with hundreds of lovely meals. I've made cakes in mine.
