After years of cooking for the family, Dh and I are bored with the same dishes. I love to cook, but fed up of making meatballs, curries and spaghetti bol on a loop. I need inspiration! Looking for everyday recipes for dinner. Just Dh, Ds11 and myself. No allergies and not particularly fussy. Help me please Smile. Tia

Do you shop anywhere that gives out free recipe cards for seasonal ingredients? That could inspire you to try something different.

If you go to the hellofresh website and then into Our Recipes they have lots of their recipes there in the archives (no need to buy the boxes). They are all simple, not too many ingredients and easy to cook. Low failure rate in our house. Lots of inspiration. There is a cookbook you can buy if you prefer.

Gousto also do the same on their website.

Not sure if this link will work

Put Chicken thighs, chorizo, sweet potato, red onion in a roasting tin. Toss with olive oil and some smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Roast for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked properly. Yummy and easy peasy!

I’ve found this website useful
www.netmums.com/life/filled-in-meal-planners
And this one too

Tons of options on here

Just clicked on that netmums link and was faced with a graphic video of a breach Caesarian, I wondered what I was watching at first but realised it wasn’t food!!!

MakemineaGandT · 04/10/2018 21:59

I felt the same and recently decided to spruce things up a bit meal-wise. I’ve rediscovered bbcgoodfood and have been cooking 3 or 4 new things a week - it’s been great!
