Homegrown Tomatoes

My Son successfully grew tomatoes from seed, any recipe recommendations?

Ooh yum! Tomato tart is really good and keeps the flavour of them - line a shallow tart tin with puff pasty, blind bake for 20 mins or so. Meanwhile halve/slice tomatoes depending on how large and lay them on the baked pastry. Drizzle over olive oil, sprinkle thyme, a tiny bit of sugar, salt and pepper and some balsamic vinegar and bake till the tomatoes caramelise.

Bruschetta! It would be a shame to waste the flavour by cooking them...

Try to make some tomato soup or tomato salad. I'm sure your kids would love it.
