Curry night here. Making minced beef dhansak (ww recipe) and a chickpea curry. How about you?

Chicken in a spicy tomato sauce with peppers and courgette served with wild rice

I'm making bacon wrapped turkey meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli, green beans and peas. Will also make some fresh coleslaw.

I made tons of a chicken and apricot tagine last night which was really good. So leftovers of that with cous cous and broccoli.

I’m finding that by cooking enough food for two nights and reheating, we’re reducing our food waste and end up relying less on takeaways etc.

We had roast beef yesterday so leftovers with cauliflower cheese and swede mash. I have a cold and require comfort food!
