How do you use them? I have 2 options really. 1. Put them straight in the compost bin. 2. Grate them, make into coleslaw, serve to children who won't eat it, put in compost bin. 2 seems like a waste of mayonnaise!
I quite like them just cutted up to dip in things but there must be other things to do!
