If I wanted to make flavoured oil as a Christmas pressie for someone....recipes I have looked at online state that I have to prepare it, then keep it in the fridge, and it needs to be used within a couple of weeks. That means it isn't practical to make for someone who doesn't live near enough for this to be an option. Please tell me there's a way round this, depending on how I seal the bottle or whatever! TIA.
