Vegetarian Indian food

We have been invited to a birthday party next week. There will be lots of people coming. Everyone is asked to bring a dish (it’s basically a Indian potluck dinner). It will be held in a house indoors as it will be evening then. I’m completely clueless.

Can anyone recommend any vegetarian food? The only option I can think of is vegetarian spring rolls. Thank you very much. Preferably either a cheap option from the supermarket or something that is easy to make at home to take.

Thanks for the help. I have whittled it down now.

My mil is Punjabi and always makes spring rolls when she does samosas. They may not be traditionally Indian but hers are bloody lush.
