Fussy/Nervous Eater

My 2-year-old son suffered with lactose sensitivities when he was born and since then has developed a fear of trying new foods. He drinks goats milk and eats fruit and baby crisps, but he is reluctant to try anything new and is afraid to even touch some foods. We are looking for advice from a specialist (preferably local - we are in West Malling, Kent - so they can meet him and watch him eat as it can be tricky to explain)

I highly recommend you get in touch with Charlotte at SR Nutrition - she is a nutritionist who specializes in infant/child nutrition and fussy eaters and I think could really help you and your little one - I'm not sure where she is located but can do Skype sessions if you aren't within easy travelling distance of each other.
Have a look at her website and see what you think - it's www.srnutrition.co.uk/one-one-nutrition-consultations
