QUICK! Can I make potatoe wedges with sweet potatoes? Can you eat the skin?

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrr.. I haven't got enough normal potatoes. Just talking about the wedges you toss a bit of oil on and roast in the oven. Anybody....

I don't know about wedges but you can eat the skin

I've baked slices before and they go a bit too mushy to count as wedges, but I may be doing it wrong

yeah can def eat the skin - i bake them as they are. (scuse typing - 1 handed while bf!)
