Baking emergency - please help!

I'm trying to make ginger cupcakes from a recipe that I have just discovered has an incomplete list of ingredients - ie the method is telling me to add bicarb of soda and to stir in sugar, neither of which was a listed item! I'm not confident or experienced enough to be able to just wing it and guess what quantities of these are required (don't have bicarb anyway, only baking powder!) but I've started now and have to keep going! Here is the (incomplete) list of ingredients:

110g plain flour
50g margarine
90g black treacle
25g golden syrup
50ml milk
1 egg
1tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp mixed spice
pinch salt
25g sultanas

Can anyone guide me re the baking powder and sugar? Hmm

bakng powder and bicarb - look on the packet. it usually says how much to use.
usually 1 teaspoon bpowder for 200g flour

tbh I wouldn't use more sugar plenty of syrup in the recipe!

Have taken a wild guess and used 1tsp baking powder, 25g brown sugar - what will be, will be! (Lesson learned - ALWAYS read the recipe properly first!) Grin
