Stroganoff

Do you make this from scratch and can I have your recipe for it?

I'm wanting to ideally use the ingredients I have in a part from cream, I have also steak and massive mushrooms and heaps of rice

Last few times I've tried to figure it out it's either tasted like bovril or mustard and not of stroganoff

Thanks desperate I have all that I'm apart from the parsley, think it's necessary? So glad I picked up the creme fresh

I add in a splash on brandy and a sprinkling of paprika, not sure how authentic that is but dh seems to like it.
