New term new start - I want to make efforts to take lunch with me to work - to save money, be healthier, eat less bread etc etc. I know myself too well to aim too high - I need simple recipes that use simple ingredients, and I think making a big batch on a Sunday night seems like a good plan. I'm thinking rice / cous cous / beans. Ideally avoiding pasta as I eat too much of that too.
Anyone got some suggestions?
