Gluten and dairy free meal ideas needed please

Does anyone have any gluten and dairy free meal ideas that they could share with me please?

I have no clue where to start with it but DS (16) has very recently been diagnosed gluten AND dairy intolerant after years of stomach issues. I feel so bad that it’s gone on this long Sad

Any ideas for breakfasts/lunch/snacks/dinners greatly appreciated. I just don’t know where to start!

The positive thing is that the "free from" market is now so developed that you can buy things pretty easily now so it isn't going to be quite as restrictive for you as it once would have been

What sorts of things does he like? It is going to be a case of going for products which are naturally gluten free - potatoes, rice, buckwheat, quinoa and GF versions of things like pasta and noodles - and being careful with things like sauces etc - for example instead of soy sauce he will need to use tamari...

You're also going to need to make sure that he gets enough calcium from non dairy sources - DF milk/cheese/ yoghurt, nuts and seeds, green leafy veg etc

Amelia Freer's website has some quite good recipes that are GF/DF and would work for the whole family - things like Crispy Chicken Drumsticks ameliafreer.com/crispy-chicken-drumsticks-with-fragrant-coleslaw, tacos ameliafreer.com/turkey-meatball-tacos and pancakes ameliafreer.com/buckwheat-pancakes
