Leftover bolognese/lasagne

Can't seem to find answer on google so help me out here... Blush

I've got leftover bolognese from last night chilled in the fridge, aiming to make a lasagne for dinner now - do I need to heat the bolognese up before I assemble the lasagne or can I just put it in cold?!

Cold, I assume you'll cook it thoroughly, I usually do a lasagne for 40

Put it in cold,
As you will be cooking the lasagne.
As long as you cook the lasagne properly it will be fine

It's just principles which you apply to things and then a bit of guessing.

I never tend to get too worried about mince, within reason. Anything with poultry in it gets overly cooked though with me- I'm very paranoid about chicken!
