I have bought a magazine that had a great article on this will post ideas from it tomorrow so saving place. Am also hoping to improve my batch baking for things like banana bread cupcakes.

Can I ask. Do wraps go soggy if you put a mayo base the night before?

Love the idea of jelly. Would never have thought this. Genius re frittata. Would never have thought of chopped salad!

My go tos are always pasta pesto ham pepper and sweet corn salad. Or ham sandwich or hummus with veg dippers. Fruit. If you have a little Kilner jar: oats, reinforced oat milk, frozen blueberries and maple syrup is easy night before prep.

Mine has either ham wraps or cheese rolls as her main
cucumber, tomatoes or peppers
Strawberries, grapes or pear
Small munch bunch yogurt
And sometimes a biscuit or a pack of those choc animals
It's probably quite a big lunch but she's a picker so like her to have a selection to pick from so she's full up. She usually leaves the yogurt mind.

Ok, so i got this magazine on holiday because it is called ‘make and take, 131 easy pack and go recipes’.
Now that I have looked more closely, they aren’t the most typical kids lunchbox BUT sometimes it would be nice if there
Could be a dish the whole family could take out ? So I have posted some- apols if they aren’t what you were after nicpem1982 x

I’ve just made myself a list for my very fussy four year old, who won’t eat sandwiches, ...

Chicken kababs
Chicken satay
Penang bite salad
Rainbow rice salad
Pizza bites
Savoury flapjack
Savoury muffins
Mini sausages
M&S chicken bites
Tacos
Caesar wrap
Tortilla and homemade salsa
Tomato pinwheel
Cheese and crackers
Homemade little sausage rolls

These are my main lunch box ideas then I’m just going to add veg sticks or fruit each day with a yoghurt or similar.
