Budget slow cooker ideas - kid friendly

Any ideas for cheap slow cooker meals that a fussy 4 year old will eat?

If she sees green in anything she won’t eat it!

She likes sausages!

Anything I can bung in easily with a 11 month old round my ankles?!

I make a Bolognese sauce in mine and grate courgettes into it. I also chop up peppers very small and mushrooms. It's very versatile. Add a ton of kidney beans and some chilli or add a ton of baked beans & too with mashed potato and a bit of grated cheese (browned off under the grill) for cowboy pie.
We also do a sausage and bean casserole in it, served with crusty bread, (the grated courgettes and up in that too, with a ton of tomatoes).

Mine will eat basic beef and lamb stews - made with carrots, onions, potatoes, squash, beans or some combo thereof. Look up chicken piece recipes- our Nanny makes a selection for kids 2ith hidden or chopped veg which they love (although chicken not super cheap).

I also do bolognaise in mine, with grated carrot and chopped peppers.
